Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $22 – $32/hour – weekly pay

• Overtime available (time & a half)

What You’ll Actually Do:

Install seamless gutters, Gutter Helmet, Sunesta screens/awnings, Trimlight lighting, etc…

What We’re Looking For:

• Construction or installation experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on rooftops
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Willingness to learn new skills

Call Center Representatives

What You’ll Actually Do

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries
• Schedule free in-home estimates for our sales team
• Confirm appointments and update customer information
• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems
• Reliable, positive attitude and team-focused mindset

In-Home Sales Consultants

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-based pay with strong earning potential
• Average reps earn $80,000–$120,000+ annually

What You’ll Actually Do

What We’re Looking For

• In-home sales or consultative sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with a professional, trustworthy demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working evenings and some weekends
