With more than 13 years of experience as a business owner, including running skateboard shops and entering the food truck industry, Billy brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Post University in 2017.

In his role at Rainbow Seamless Systems, Billy draws on his extensive background to offer tailored solutions for home improvement projects. His long-standing tenure with the company highlights his commitment to providing exceptional client service and his ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic industry.

Billy is also a Level 3 Certified Snowboard Instructor with 19 years of experience and enjoys disc golfing in his free time. A lifelong supporter of his three children—two boys and a girl he actively cheers them on at their sports events, including football.

Billy's blend of business expertise and personal enthusiasm makes him a key asset at Rainbow Seamless Systems, where he is committed to helping clients achieve their home improvement goals.

Carter Bishop

Carter brings over a decade of experience in sales to his role at Rainbow Seamless Systems. Since joining the team, he has made significant strides and demonstrated impressive growth. A proud Michigan State University graduate with a degree in Horticulture, Carter combines his academic background with practical expertise to excel in his position.

Originally from Saline, Carter moved to Traverse City to settle down with his family and has since become deeply rooted in the community. He enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters and engaging in outdoor activities, such as hunting. In his free time, Carter values relaxation and family bonding at their cottage on Lake Michigan.

Cory McCullough

With over 20 years of experience in customer service, Cory brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to his role as a Senior Sales Consultant. He began his career in wine and beverage sales, seamlessly transitioning into the home improvement industry. Cory has been a valued member of the Rainbow Seamless Systems team for over eight years, where his expertise and enthusiasm have made a significant impact.

Outside of work, Cory enjoys quality time with his wife, Amanda, and their two boys. They love traveling and camping, with Rifle River State Park in Lewiston being their favorite destination. Recently, Cory and his family discovered pickleball, and they now spend their evenings playing and having fun together. Their Golden Retriever, Trixie, is an integral part of their adventures, whether she's running on the beaches of Sturgeon Bay or accompanying them on their travels.

Dave McDonald

Dave has called Traverse City home for the past 50 years. His career began with 20 years managing sporting goods stores before he transitioned to a role as a manufacturer rep, selling sporting goods and clothing across southern Michigan. In 2007, he joined Rainbow Seamless Systems as a salesman, where he has been dedicated to assisting customers with their home improvement projects ever since.

During the winter, Dave enjoys residing in Bonita Springs, Florida, and he returns to Traverse City each summer. His favorite activities include golfing and spending time with his family on the beach. Dave is excited to help clients with their home improvement needs and looks forward to working with you!

Jeff Nickerson

Jeff, a lifelong resident of northern Michigan, brings over 8 years of experience in the home renovation industry to his role. Born and raised in the region, Jeff has a deep connection to the community and a thorough understanding of the unique needs of local homeowners.

Outside of his professional life, Jeff is a dedicated father to three wonderful children—two boys and a girl. His kids are actively involved in a range of sports and activities, including football, basketball, baseball, and softball. When he’s not cheering them on at games or practices, Jeff and his family enjoy golfing together and spending time outdoors, embracing the natural beauty of northern Michigan.

Travis Riggs

Travis was born and raised in Harbor Springs, Michigan. After attending Miami Dade College and working in international shipping in South Florida for ten years, he returned to Harbor Springs in 1997. As the son of a carpenter, Travis naturally embarked on a career as a residential builder. He is well-versed in all areas of residential construction and estimating.

With his background, and as a long-time personal friend of Rainbow Seamless Systems' owners, Matt and Mike Collins, Travis has been a perfect fit to help grow the company's presence in Northern Michigan.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys all the outdoor activities Northern Michigan has to offer, including golf, skiing, hiking, hunting, and fishing. He also has a passion for gourmet cooking and loves entertaining, especially hosting holidays and special occasions with family and friends throughout the year. Travis and his family—his wife and son—return to Florida several times a year.
